When Howard Williams was asked what spurred him to develop his company's concept, he answered like this: "For years I listened to my children beg to go out for pizza. They were not concerned about the quality of the pizza they ate, however, I was. There were times when my wife and I preferred something other than pizza, perhaps a soup and salad, a hot gourmet sandwich, an outrageous extreme burger, a delicious pasta dish, or just an appetizer. There was not a restaurant that offered what all of us liked and the kids usually won." Howard also relaized that the frustrations he encountered were also felt by young adults and the business community.
